Once upon a time, there was this girl.
She had long red hair ending in a strange curl.
She loved to dance, write and sing.
But what other people didn't know about her was this one little thing.
This girl wasn't as quiet as she seemed.
She wanted to go somewhere just so she could scream.
She looked in her mirror every night.
And always noticed something wasn't right.
One night she starred at her window so she could see the world.
And brushed her long red hair that was curled.
She saw no good out there.
It seemed even good men didn't care.
She decided to go on a journey.
In which she could be stopped by no law nor attorney.
Her eyes saw things that made her heart cry.
They caused such a terrible heartache she thought she would die.

So a letter she wrote.
With no name nor destination, she ended it with a quote:
"How can we live in this beautiful place
And not notice its ugly disgrace?"
She put the letter in a bottle.
And trew it at the sea - her heart couldn't seem to stop the throttle.
At the moonlight a tear she shed.
And back home her feet lead.
Many years have passed since then.
And no one has seen the girl or the bottle again.
I guess we can unfortunately say
The sad world the red haired girl has seen is the same we see today.
